De tudo o que recebemos, com certeza a cortesia deve ser passada adiante, porque todos precisa de todos, até quem nos odeia. From everything we receive, surely the courtesy should be passed on, because everyone needs everyone, even those who dislike us.

Courtesy is respect for other peoples feelings in everyday situations that get us all tense. Take a step back and realize that whatever the problem is, rudeness will not help solve it.
