Your Everyday Hero: Ashley T.

My niece Ashley inspires me every single day. She was born four months premature. We were told she wouldn't make it and if she did that she would suffer brain damage. She's now 19 and let me just tell you, she has no brain damage. She's very smart! A straight 'A' student all through school. She has a terrific heart that loves everyone; this incredible spirit that just never gives up; and this beautiful face that stops people in their tracks. Although life has handed her some extremely difficult situations, she's always fought back. She's touched my life and she's always going to be my angel in disguise.
