Your Everyday Hero: Dixie B.

Mom was dignosed with esophageal cancer in June 2011. The doctor said she had one year to live. She amazingly got all her affairs in order, and still kept smiling as the chemo and radiation took their toll on her unhealthy system. She always encouraged me, even while she was dying. She passed away Dec. 31st, 2011. I miss her...
